- Cancellations: I operate as a sole trader and see all of my clients personally. In these circumstances, the cost to me (in lost revenue) of last minute cancellations can be significant. I choose not to factor a 'cancellation risk' premium into any of my treatment prices, as I prefer to be fair to all my customers. However, I do have to charge for no-shows and cancellations within 48-hours of an appointment, as follows:
48+ hours prior | No Charge |
24-hours prior | 50% of treatment cost |
Day of appointment or no show | 100% of treatment cost |
- Deposits: All treatments are by appointment only. At busy times, a deposit may be requested to secure your appointment.
- Medical conditions: Please inform me of any medical condition, back problems, known allergy or Botox treatment prior to booking treatments with me.
- Please inform me if you think or believe that you may be pregnant. This is important!
- Patch tests: For lash and brow tints, a sensitivity test is required at least 24-hours before your appointment. Please contact me on 07743 852448 to arrange this.
- Payment: I accept payment by cash or card only (sorry, no cheques).
- Gift Vouchers: These are available to buy online in several denominations and packages. They make ideal presents to pamper family and friends. Vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable.
